Pump Control (PC-1T2LHOA)

The PC-1T2LHOA pump control panel is designed to monitor one tank in conjunction with a two point float switch for High level, and Low level to control an existing remotely powered pump motor starter.Automatic ModeWhen power is applied to the system while mode switch is in “Auto” position, the tank will be pumped down until the low level float switch is actuated. This condition will send a dry contact signal to motor starter to turn pump on as well as illuminate the pump on light. The pump will continue to pump into the tank until the high level float switch is actuated. This condition will cause the pump on light to turn off and unlatch the dry contact signal to the motor starter causing the pump to turn off.Manual ModeWhen the mode switch is in “Hand”, the tank will be pumped down until the low level float switch is actuated. This condition will illuminate the pump on light only to indicate there is a low level condition. The pumps must be turned on manually to begin pumping into the tank. Upon the level reaching the high level float switch, the pump on light will turn off indicating that a high level condition has occurred. The pump must then not be manually turned off. This mode is generally used when maintenance is being preformed on the pump or the pump controller/pump has failed.Off ModeWhen the mode switch is in the “Off” position, the system will be shutdown thus NOT providing any alarms and pumps must be manually controlled.
